Pasand dry garlic chutney is our typical lehsuni thecha which has the characteristic chilli-garlic crushed into puree with added spices and condiments to make it a dry powder. Indispensable ingredient to our Vada-paav, this chutney is a useful accompaniment to chaats, snacks, bhakhri, sev-puri, bhel-puri,  ragda-petis, sev-usal, dabeli and many more. Goes with every food and daily meals like roti-sabji and even momos. Use it to make other garlic chutney variants by adding groundnut, coconut in wet and dry forms.
